At Aris Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward return process to make it easy.

1. 7‑Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, including any certificates, tags, and boxes.

2. Cashback / Refund

Eligible returns will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

If the returned item does not meet the condition requirements, the refund may be partially adjusted or declined.

3. Return Shipping

Return shipping is your responsibility.

We strongly recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.

Aris Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized or personalized jewelry (engraving, custom design, resizing)

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

Sale, discounted, or final sale items

Jewelry purchased internationally (once shipped)

5. Condition for Refund

All returned items must be in the same condition as delivered, with no signs of wear, scratches, or missing parts.

Jewelry that is damaged, worn, or missing original packaging will not qualify for a refund.

6. Quality & Repairs

For any defective or damaged jewelry, please contact us immediately.

We offer repairs or replacements for quality-related issues, but this does not apply to accidental damage or normal wear and tear.

Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued.
